Magazine Proposal

Im proposing to create a magazine called TCM. This stands for teenage college magazine it is aimed towards teenagers and its a college magazine and it is easy to remember. The magazine's target audience is aimed at students. The reason i have aimed it towards students is because it is a college magazine and it would be the students that would be reading the magazine and have access to it. The cost of the magazine will be decided on how much it would cost to make the magazine and affordable for a student to be able to purchase the magazine. The main colour of the magazine is going to be green because it is a neutral colour not intended to appeal to a male or female.
